
Michael Lamendola is a luxury home builder, entrepreneur and licensed real estate broker based in Austin, Texas. With over three decades of experience, he brings a rare combination of development insight, construction expertise, and market knowledge to every project and client relationship.
Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Michael moved to Austin in 1989 after attending Louisiana State University—and has been deeply involved in shaping Central Texas real estate ever since.
Since earning his real estate license in 1994, Michael has participated in transactions totaling nearly half a billion dollars. From 1997 to 2006, he led sales and marketing efforts for several of Austin’s most prominent master-planned communities, including Barton Creek, The Colony, Double Horn Creek, Cimarron Hills, Rim Rock, and Davenport Rim to name a few.
In 2006, he founded Windsor Custom Homes, where he continues to design and build distinctive, high-quality residences in some of Austin’s most sought-after locations.
A longtime West Austin resident, Michael help raised three sons in the community and remains actively involved in local charitable efforts, supporting organizations such as The Rise School of Austin, Habitat for Humanity, i9 Sports, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas.
A drummer since age five, Michael was a member of the Brad Dunn Band, recording and performing across Texas and sharing the stage with legendary acts including ZZ Top, The Beach Boys, Pat Green and other Texas artist. The band also performed at the Texas State Capitol for the inauguration of Governor Rick Perry.
Outside of business, Michael is a dedicated Porsche enthusiast with an appreciation for precision engineering and performance—qualities that mirror his approach to real estate.
