Michael Lamendola is a luxury home builder, entrepreneur and licensed real estate broker residing in Austin, Texas. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Michael moved to Austin in 1989 after attending Louisiana State University.
Since earning his real estate license in 1994, Michael has participated in real estate transactions totaling nearly half a billion dollars and from 1997-2006 managed the Sales and Marketing operations for several high profile Central Texas land and housing developments including Barton Creek, The Colony, Double Horn Creek and Davenport Rim to name a few.
In 2006, Michael founded Windsor Custom Homes and today he is building beautifully crafted homes in some of the most desirable locations in Austin.
Michael owns and operates MGL Enterprises, LLC which incorporates all of his real estate pursuits including brokerage, construction and investments doing business as The Austin Home Company and Windsor Custom Homes.
Michael is married and lives in west Austin where he raised two college aged sons. Michael's charitable recipients have included organizations such as The Rise School of Austin, Habitat for Humanity, i9 Sports and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas.
Previously, Michael was the drummer for the Brad Dunn Band who recorded and performed while contributing to the Texas Country music genre. The band enjoyed supporting such acts as ZZ Top, The BeachBoys, Pat Green, Charlie Robison and performed for then governor, Rick Perry, at his inauguration day celebration on the steps of the Texas Capital.
